INGREDIENTS (serves 6): 750 gr
milk 6 egg yolks
60 grams of flour
200 grams of sugar
1 pinch of salt
lemon
100 grams of dark chocolate
liquor Alchermes
finger biscuits
- Boil the milk with the lemon zest.
- Put the chocolate in a double boiler to melt.
- Beat 6 egg yolks with sugar and flour, add the boiling milk and put back on fire for a couple of minutes, passing the mixture through a sieve (wet before the bottom of the pan so the cream does not stick).
- Alchermes Dilute 100 ml with 25 ml of milk and sprinkle the cookies.
- Mix the cream and mix it with one third of the melted chocolate.
- Dial sweet biscuits by putting wet, a layer of yellow cream, a layer of cream chocolate and finish with the yellow cream.
- Serve cold.
