Crotch Rockets On Sale

tuna loaf (recipe my grandma)


INGREDIENTS:
2 hg canned tuna
2 eggs 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
4 tablespoons milk

  • Scocciolare tuna and place in a bowl.
  • Combine all other ingredients and stir the mixture with a spoon.
  • On a cutting board, shaping the loaf, wrap in foil closing it well to the sides.
  • Boil water in a pot and cook the meat loaf (in the foil) for about 20 minutes.
  • Let cool, cut into slices and serve.
