INGREDIENTS (for 2 persons):
100 grams of bread crumbs
80 g grated Parmesan cheese 2 eggs
salt
pepper
nutmeg
- Mix all ingredients and let stand for half an hour.
- Mash the mixture with a potato masher to form passatelli of about 2 cm.
- Cook for about 3 minutes in broth .
