INGREDIENTS (for two):
100 grams of barley
8 asparagus
100 grams of diced ham
50 grams of diced cheese (such as line Osella)
olive oil to taste with salt and pepper
- Cook barley for 30 minutes in unsalted water.

- Steam the asparagus and let cool and chop.
- Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients, add 2 tablespoons olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
