INGREDIENTS:
beef carpaccio
ham sliced \u200b\u200bEmmental


sage butter
  • Lay the slices of carpaccio, stack a slice of ham and a piece of Emmental.
  • roll and stop the two edges with a toothpick.
  • Heat a pan and cook with a knob of butter and a few leaves of sage.
